SMART Habit Saturday

I did ok this week. I was trying to get back into the habit of Toddler's bedtime routine and I think I did it about half of the week, so that's good. There are still some goals that need a lot of work, but some are mostly habits. Like bedtime by 11:30, I can hardly stay up past 10:30 so that's working. And I bring dishes to the kitchen and keep up with dishes most of the time. So I'll just keep working on them all :)

Goal recap:

*Clean 1/2hr a day
  • Make bed
  • Keep up with dishes
  • 1 load of laundry
  • Clean office
  • Bringing dishes to kitchen
*Bedtime routine
  • Read scriptures
  • Lotion
  • 50 crunches
  • Take vitamins
  • Brush teeth
  • Floss
  • Bedtime 11:30pm
*Toddler bedtime routine

*No computer for 1hr a day when Hubby gets home

*Daily prayers, morning and night

*Dinner 3x during the week

*4 cups of water a day

It's easier to get to bed early when it's so dark and cold isn't it? I was in bed by nine last night and asleep by ten. It was wonderful!

Yeah, it makes it a lot easier now that it's dark early.
