Going somewhere?

Last weekend I had to drive to somewhere by Park City, Utah and I had no idea how to get there. I ended up looking it up on Yahoo maps or something to find the way. Sometimes I wish our van had a GPS navigation system in it because it's so much easier for me to get places if I can see where I'm going on a map. I learn things visually like that easier than if someone just told me directions. Hopefully in a few years we can upgrade to a new van that has a navigation system.

Did you know that you can use Google to get directions text messaged to your cell phone? I use that once in awhile and it's been a lifesaver. Only thing is, most directions require about 6 messages, so if you have to pay as you go, it adds up pretty quick.

I'm not advertising for them, but you can look up Google Mobile and it gives you all the information you need.

I would love to have a GPS. I am so incredibly directionally challenged. Even after living in my town for a year and a half I get lost all the time. I just wish GPS's weren't so darned expensive.
