SMART Habit Saturday

I haven't posted for SHS for the last 3 weeks, mostly cuz I just want worrying about my goals. I do okay on some of them, like my stay off the computer for an hour after hubby gets home, I do that most of the time now. I also try to keep up with dishes and bring dishes to the kitchen. I make dinner usually 4 times during the week. I've started taking my vitamins again. But the rest I've really just stopped doing. I mostly want to get back in the habits of reading my scriptures and saying prayers. So I'm going to work on that again this week.

Goal recap:

*Clean 1/2hr a day
  • Make bed
  • Keep up with dishes
  • 1 load of laundry
  • Clean office
  • Bringing dishes to kitchen
*Bedtime routine
  • Read scriptures
  • Lotion
  • 50 crunches
  • Take vitamins
  • Brush teeth
  • Floss
  • Bedtime 11:30pm
*Toddler bedtime routine

*No computer for 1hr a day when Hubby gets home

*Daily prayers, morning and night

*Dinner 3x during the week

*4 cups of water a day

I'm still trying to read to my toddler every day. She really puts up a fight though. Time to get creative with this one.

Those are great habits you have. It sounds like some are in place already, good luck with the rest!
