SMART Habit Saturday

Look at the cool new banner Lara has come up with for SHS! Very nice :D

Anyway, I did ok this week. I did all of my goals at least once this week, except for crunches, which I did not do at all. So that will be my focus this week, to do my crunches every day. Last week I focused on flossing, but unfortunately I only did it 1 day (which is still better than 0 lol), so I'll be focusing on that again as well. I still don't feel ready to add another goal because I have so many that need a lot of work, but hopefully next month I will.

Goal recap:
#1- Clean 1/2hr a day- 4/7
#2- Keep up with dishes- 5/7
#3- Brush teeth once a day- 6/7
#4- Read scriptures daily- 7/7
#5- Toddler bedtime routine- 6/7
#6- Bedtime 11:30pm- 4/7
#7- 50 crunches a day- 0/7
#8- Take vitamins every day- 7/7
#9- No computer for 1hr a day when Hubby gets home- 4/7
#10- 1 load of laundry each day- 2/7
#11- Daily prayers, morning and night- 9/14
#12- Dinner 3x during the week- 4/3
#13- Lotion every day- 4/7
#14- Floss every day- 1/7
#15- Bringing dishes to kitchen- 7/7
#16- Clean office each day- 1/7
#17- Make bed every morning- 5/7

We are in the same boat this week.........going back over our old goals. I think it is wise to get the current goals as habits first before we take on more. Good luck with the flossing and crunches this week....
