- Open space, not sure what we'll have

- Lasagna, garlic bread

When I had my baby my mom went to a place called the cooking cottage. There she made 12 meals (which is really 24 for our small family). They all have their own bakable containers and cooking instructions. You simply freeze them and throw them in the oven the night you want to cook. It's wonderful. We're getting to the end of our stash and thought we might make it a regular habit around our house. I think it's great for moms that don't have time (or have time and don't want to spend it on meal preparation). You should check them out and see if they have locations near you :)They're actually fairly cheap too!

Kendra- I've thought of trying those places out, but haven't because the cost. I don't even know if there's a place like that around here :)
