Silk Flowers

When Hubby and I got married we decided to have silk flowers instead of real flowers because the cost of even wholesale flowers can get very expensive for a wedding. Our Bishop's wife works with silk flowers and so she did ours, all for just $100. And they were gorgeous too. Plus they will never die so I can see my bouquet forever. Yes, I know I can't see them if they are stored in a box in the attic, but if I wanted to see them I could :P

I dunno, maybe a mix of real and silk would be perfect as wedding flowers

I had real flowers for a lot of it, but I had a silk bouquet for pictures. I loved having it- and still do. It was so easy to transport and light to carry. And to this day, I still pull a flower out of it every once in a while and wear it in my hair.
