SMART Habit Saturday

I've done pretty well this week on most of my goals. There are still a few, like laundry and flossing, that I slacked off on again. But overall I think I did well. I want to work harder on our bedtime routines this week. Obviously since I'm writing this at almost 1am, I haven't been doing as well as I could lol.

This week my new goal is one I've already been working on this week- making my bed every morning. I really love how much neater it automatically makes my room look and much more pleasant to crawl into at the end of the day.

Goal recap:
#1- Clean 1/2hr a day- 4/7
#2- Keep up with dishes- 6/7
#3- Brush teeth once a day- 6/7
#4- Read scriptures daily- 7/7
#5- Toddler bedtime routine- 4/7
#6- Bedtime 11:30pm- 4/7
#7- 50 crunches a day- 5/7
#8- Take vitamins every day- 7/7
#9- No computer for 1hr a day when Hubby is home- 7/7
#10- 1 load of laundry each day- 2/7
#11- Daily prayers, morning and night- 13/14
#12- Dinner 3x during the week- 2/3
#13- Lotion every day- 6/7
#14- Floss every day- 2/7
#15- Bringing dishes to kitchen- 7/7
#16- Clean office each day- 5/7
#17- Make bed every morning

A made bed definitely adds a lot of positive vibes to a room. I also love climbing in a made bed at night - it seems more cozy.

I also need to work on getting to bed on time again :) !! Enjoy your habits this week!

Great job with your habits.

I've finally convinced hubby that making the bed is important. It's great to have his help each morning.

Have a great week!

You've been doing really well Kara! Good luck this week focusing on bedtime routines and making your bed. I like that it makes a room look neater too. It's very satisfying. :)

Good work. Let me know if you come up with any sure fire ways to hit the hay earlier. That's a hard one for me.

Convincing the husband to help out is definitely key in keeping the bed made. Mine likes to mess ours up at all hours of the day but has finally started helping to make it again. I've really enjoyed keeping mine made this year and now I can't believe I ever lived with such a messy bed!
