Secure

In Idaho we didn't really worry about our doors being locked. We lived in a quiet cul-de-sac and we just never worried about it. Of course until Jason learned how to open doors, then we had to put in a deadbolt to keep him in lol. But I never thought we get robbed or anything. We only made sure the doors were locked if we weren't home. Here though we always have the front door locked. Again, mostly to keep the boys in so they can't get out to the busy street, but also to keep people out. It just doesn't feel as safe when you are in a bigger city on a busy road. When we moved in Hubby always made sure the blinds in our family room were closed at night so people can't look in and see the big TV and want to steal it lol. Not that I think anyone could easily steal it, the wall lcd mount thing is a pain in the butt to undo to remove the TV. It always took us at least 3 people to get the TV up or down off it lol. We have had a few security system guys come through the neighborhood peddling free systems, but we haven't gotten one because you still have to pay at least $50 a month for the service to work, but one day I think it would be nice to have. Just for peace of mind.
