SMART Habit Saturday

Well, still not doing too well. I think this week I'm just going to focus on a few and not worry about the rest. I'm going to focus on reading my scriptures and saying my prayers, because I know when I do those I am in a much better mood, and hopefully being in a happy mood will help the rest just come naturally.

Goal recap:

*Clean 1/2hr a day
  • Make bed
  • Keep up with dishes
  • 1 load of laundry
  • Clean office
  • Bringing dishes to kitchen
*Bedtime routine
  • Read scriptures
  • Lotion
  • 50 crunches
  • Take vitamins
  • Brush teeth
  • Floss
  • Bedtime 11:30pm
*Toddler bedtime routine

*No computer for 1hr a day when Hubby gets home

*Daily prayers, morning and night

*Dinner 3x during the week

*4 cups of water a day

great habits. Hubby lets you on the computer when he is home? mine throws a fit if I get on the computer during "family" time.

Those look like great habits! If only I could only clean 30 min a day - just sweeping the floors (5 times a day) probably takes that long. Kids + bark + all hard surface flooring = mom sweeping a lot.
