Monday Madness

Boy, taking three kids under 3 out anywhere is crazy! Today we had to go to the bank, the dollar store, and the library. I carried Little Baby in the baby sling, Toddler was pretty good at staying by me, but Baby was a terror! He kept trying to run off, crawl out of the cart, and at the library he was horrible. He kept running off and pulling books off the shelves and if I held his hand he would keep going limp so it was hard to hold him while I had Little Baby and a bag of books. The only thing that was good was that Toddler was being a great helper, trying to keep hold of him, picking up the books, and keeping track of where he ran since I couldn't keep up lol. Now I have Toddler and Little Baby laying down for naps, and hopefully Baby will fall asleep too, I know he's tired. I don't know how I'll handle going out when I start babysitting another baby in December!

Gosh, I'd have to just quit going places with that many "helpers" in tow! LOL

What an adventure for you today!! I'd definately think you'd need a double stroller!

We have hard enough time with our two, so three sounds awful! I'm sorry it was so hard to go out today. If you have errands to run tomorrow, I can take the boys to help you.

Can I say I feel your pain and understand. A double strooler does help, but my twins would still take books off the shelves from there stroller. Now I take my sling for the baby. Holding hands does not help at all. Mine fo the same to try toget away too, so the stroller does not even help. At Walmart we have these toddler carts. You put two in the front and Neil rides in his car seat in the place he would on a regular stroller. If they did not have these carts there is no way I could go alone! I really have learned to try to plan things when dh can go with me or I can go by myself. I am tired just after trying to put them all in the car and get them buckled! So, yes I feel your pain!

I'm dreading leaving the house with three kids. I'm used to going places around the neighborhood with more kids because of daycare but we didn't get out in public much. I think I'm just not going to leave my house for the next few years.

Ack! I remember the crazy-boy-is-taking-over-the-library days! I'd love to know what you're doing for preschool curriculum--do you have a link to what you're using? Thanks for stopping by my blog :)

Oh, my. Wow...I have a two year old and a three year old and it is all I can do to keep them from running away in the store. Little man is usually in a stroller, although he's so big he looks a little funny. Good luck with your new "job" in December.
