My friend Michelle has a friend who is also a blogging mommy, Jenn. Jenn's little baby Ian was born with a heart problem and had to have heart surgery shortly after birth, and they have gone through a lot already in his short life. Recently he was put back in the hospital a few hours from home, because his heart is not functioning properly. He is on medication and will probably be having surgery to replace a valve and likely need a heart transplant at some point in the future. Their family is going through so much, and I can't imagine the stress and worry they are experiencing right now. Please keep Jenn, Ian, and their family in your thoughts and prayers. I believe in the power of prayer! I will be saying prayers for their entire family. When we were in the NICU we were so sad, but at the same time we were so grateful. Sometimes things seemed so grim, and we wanted to feel sorry for ourselves, but we saw so many other families going through much worse. It really put things into perspective. So many people prayed for our son, and now he's doing very well. Thanks for sharing about Ian!
