Couch-to-5k Update

So I haven't ran as much this week because I hurt my knee. We ran Tuesday but I didn't go Thursday because I didn't want to hurt my knee more. But this morning I decided to give it a try and take it easier. At first my knee was hurting but then it loosened up and I was able to finish, but now it's hurting again. I'll probably take it easy again on Monday and until it's feeling all better, I wouldn't want to really hurt it bad by overdoing it. And hopefully I won't get behind Michelle and her DH and friend in practicing, don't want to hold them back or be left out :)

I don't want you to get really hurt either. No worries about feeling left out, we'd never leave you out. :) My husband is going to be behind us all due to his asthma. I hope your knee is feeling better by Tuesday. Take it easy.

ouch! You hurt your knee running? Sounds a bit painful to run on a hurt knee! I hope it heals quickly!! :)

Dawn- nope, didn't hurt it running, hurt it by sleeping on a horrible air mattress wrong lol, then compounded it by the weather suddenly getting bad and making my arthritis act up.

LOL, I just read that and it sounds totally like a joke, but it's not!
