Sunday Saying

"In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer."
- Albert Camus

I've made it known many times that I seriously hate winter weather, cold, snow, etc so this quote popped out at me. I think it is saying that even in our darkest, coldest place in life, there is power within us to get through it and create a better place for ourselves. We can choose to be beat down by despair or rise above it and not let it control us. Just something to think about. Any other thoughts?

I think you're right. It's our choice to decide if we want to be beaten down by an obstacle or overcome it. Good quote.
